1. What we publish

Only opt-in listings of filed court cases: official public records, docket-verified, human- reviewed, with a deep link to the primary document. We publish no user issue reports, no evidence files, no ratings, and no scores. Private-individual defendants are name-suppressed by default.

2. Removal and redaction — free, with written decisions

Anyone named in a listing may request removal or redaction at any time from the contact page. Every request receives a written decision with reasons. The consenting party's delisting request is honored as of right; other requests are decided against this policy and recorded. We never charge to remove or correct a record. There is no paid removal, no "reputation" product, and no fee to appear or not appear — ever.

3. Sealing and expungement — honored proactively

If a court seals or expunges a record we list, we delist it when we learn of the order — from any source, without requiring the affected person to ask. Listings whose dockets can no longer be re-verified return to review and do not stay published by default.

4. Corrections

Corrections requests receive written decisions on the same free basis, and we honor applicable statutory correction timelines. Every listing displays a status "as of" date; stale statuses are a correction ground, not a feature.

The monitored secure support form is always available. Identify the listing URL, the exact public statement you challenge, and a public primary-source link when one exists. Do not enter sensitive personal information. The submission time and a content hash are preserved for review.

Email and postal legal-response channels are not currently represented as available. Alabama Case Wire approval remains blocked until both are real, monitored, and attested.

5. What we never do

• Charge for removal, correction, listing, or access — listings are free and public.
• Gate any name-bearing page behind login, payment, or data collection.
• Use listed parties' names in our marketing.
• Publish anything a user shared privately.
