Terms
RecourseLink is operated by Stell Lar Consulting LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("RecourseLink," "we," "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and Stell Lar Consulting LLC.
These terms govern use of RecourseLink accounts, public claim pages, private readiness workflows, attorney SaaS tools, evidence workflows, AI-assisted features, support, and paid products. They are written to reflect the platform's research-backed legal-risk controls.
The terms and disclosures are not a legal opinion, not legal advice, and not bar-admitted counsel approval. They are an operator risk-control posture based on reviewed public sources and product guardrails while jurisdiction-specific counsel review remains a residual risk.
Public claim, map, and directory pages are informational surfaces for official, primary, or reviewed source-backed issue patterns. Source-backed information does not establish that a specific user has a claim, is eligible for relief, is within any deadline, should sue, or will recover money.
Public surfaces must not rely on private user reports as public accusations, business ratings, petitions, or verified wrongdoing. RecourseLink may remove, correct, suppress, or hold content for source freshness, citation, privacy, safety, defamation, or unauthorized-practice concerns.
Users must provide accurate first-person information, avoid false or abusive reports, keep original evidence, respect privacy rights of others, avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information, and use attorney-sharing features only through consented platform workflows.
Users must not submit another person's private information without authority, use the service for harassment or public accusations, scrape the platform, bypass access controls, reverse-identify private cohorts, or use RecourseLink to solicit other users.
Account workflows may use authentication, consent receipts, privacy request records, purchase records, saved history, non-sensitive readiness drafts, and support records. Sensitive storage, Evidence Vault uploads, attorney sharing, AI processing of private facts, external communications, and attorney-facing release require separate scopes, disclosures, and controls.
Consent can be limited, revoked, or subject to identity/security review where applicable. Revocation may not delete records RecourseLink must retain for security, billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, audit, or dispute handling.
Attorney products must be flat-fee SaaS or clearly labeled advertising/subscription products. RecourseLink must not take contingency fees, success fees, referral fees, recovery shares, settlement percentages, or a percentage of legal fees or settlements.
Attorney access requires verification, neutral routing, conflict controls, attorney terms acceptance, user consent where private data is involved, and access logging. RecourseLink does not recommend the best attorney, sell preferential ranking, guarantee attorney review, guarantee attorney acceptance, or let payment alone unlock private user data.
Billing support and refund review are handled at support@recourselink.com under the refund policy.
AI-assisted reports must be retrieval-grounded, source-cited, logged, and subject to guardrails and human review for high-risk outputs. AI must not calculate legal deadlines, advise users to sue, state that a business violated the law, decide legal merit, or predict win probability, settlement value, damages, recovery, or attorney acceptance.
AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Users should not rely on AI output as legal advice or as a substitute for a lawyer, court, agency, settlement administrator, or official source.
RecourseLink may help users compare non-sensitive facts to source-backed public issue patterns or private broader-pattern signals. RecourseLink does not create a class action, certify a class, appoint class counsel, send class notice, approve settlements, or decide whether Rule 23 or any state class-action standard is met.
Private issue cohorts, if available, are anonymous and thresholded by design. Users do not receive other users' names, contact information, exact narratives, documents, evidence, or membership lists.
Users are responsible for preserving original evidence and complying with applicable law. RecourseLink storage, metadata, hashes, or access logs do not prove admissibility, authenticity, chain of custody, legal sufficiency, or attorney acceptance.
Evidence workflows may be limited, disabled, or conditioned on consent, security controls, file restrictions, retention rules, deletion/export review, and incident-response procedures.
RecourseLink may limit, suspend, remove, or investigate access for fraud, spam, abusive reports, attempted scraping, security attacks, unauthorized access, harassment, reverse-identification attempts, false reports, payment abuse, or misuse of private issue-report, evidence, AI, cohort, or attorney-routing features.
Additional product-specific terms may apply to paid snapshots, attorney subscriptions, evidence workflows, privacy requests, attorney platform use, data-safety controls, consumer agreements, and claim-review consent.
RecourseLink may update terms and disclosures as product scope, law, payment flows, privacy duties, attorney rules, AI controls, or operational risk changes. Continued use after an update may require renewed acceptance where the product requires it.
