What this consent covers

Claim review consent controls whether RecourseLink may store or use private account information for a selected readiness, review, evidence, AI, or attorney-sharing workflow. Consent is purpose-specific. Agreeing to one purpose does not automatically approve unrelated uses.

RecourseLink is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Claim review does not mean a claim is valid, timely, valuable, attorney-ready, or likely to produce recovery.

Separate consent choices

• Saving non-sensitive readiness or Legal Passport matching information.
• Storing sensitive facts or high-risk categories when a private workflow asks for them.
• Uploading and processing evidence files.
• Using AI to help organize private user-provided facts, if that workflow is enabled.
• Sharing redacted or anonymized information with internal reviewers.
• Sharing selected facts, contact details, or evidence with a specific attorney or firm selected by the user.
• Receiving email communications for the selected workflow. SMS/text messaging is not active.

Consent records and revocation

When a user gives consent, RecourseLink may record the consent text, version, timestamp, account, source page, selected scope, and related audit details. These records help show what the user agreed to and when.

Users may revoke consent where the workflow allows it. Revocation stops future use for the revoked purpose, but it may not erase records that RecourseLink must retain for security, billing, legal compliance, consent history, dispute handling, access logs, or fraud prevention.

Attorney-sharing terms

• The user selects the specific attorney(s) or firm(s) who may receive the user's facts, contact details, or evidence. The platform does not choose, recommend, or rank the attorney.
• Every disclosure to an attorney is recorded in an access log showing who received what category of information, under what scope, and when.
• Sharing does not guarantee representation, a response, intake, or acceptance by any attorney.
• This consent authorizes contact in connection with the user's selected workflow only; it is not assumed to transfer to other parties. Any attorney who contacts the user must independently obtain and document any consent required for its own communications under applicable law.

What consent does not do

Consent does not authorize RecourseLink to give legal advice, decide legal merit, calculate deadlines, value a claim, promise recovery, guarantee attorney review, or publish private facts. It also does not make RecourseLink a user's lawyer or make an attorney-client relationship with any attorney.
