What consumers can use RecourseLink for

Consumers can use RecourseLink to review public source-backed issue patterns, check whether non-sensitive facts may fit a general pattern, create an account, save readiness information, manage privacy requests, buy eligible flat-fee informational products, and control whether selected information is shared through attorney-review workflows.

RecourseLink is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, does not file claims, does not administer settlements, and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

What RecourseLink does not promise

• No promise that a user has a valid claim, is eligible for relief, or should sue.
• No filing deadline, statute-of-limitations, settlement value, damages, win-probability, or recovery calculation.
• No guarantee of attorney review, attorney contact, attorney acceptance, settlement, payment, publication, or class-action status.
• No public accusation, rating, petition, or business score based on private user reports.

Consumer responsibilities

• Provide accurate first-person information.
• Avoid defamatory, false, abusive, copied, or retaliatory reports.
• Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information.
• Keep original evidence and records.
• Use attorney-sharing controls only when the user wants information disclosed.
• Consult a qualified attorney for legal advice, deadlines, filing decisions, and representation.

Private data and consent

Private facts, contact details, evidence, AI processing of private facts, external communications, and attorney sharing are not bundled together. Each sensitive use requires its own product workflow and consent scope where applicable.

Users may revoke consent where the workflow allows it, subject to retention needed for security, billing, legal compliance, consent history, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and audit records.

Attorney review and communication

Attorney review is user-controlled and neutral. RecourseLink does not choose the best attorney, rank attorneys by quality, sell preferential placement, or share in legal fees or recoveries. Any attorney-client relationship depends on a separate agreement between the user and the attorney.

SMS/text messaging is not active. Email or other communications, when available, are limited to the selected workflow and may require separate consent and opt-out controls.
