Attorney Link subscription
$249/month for qualifying Link group access.
Effective August 20, 2026. Signup, credential review, approved practice scope, and Link availability notifications remain free. These terms apply only when an eligible attorney separately chooses the paid Link subscription.
The subscription is $249.00 USD per month plus applicable tax and renews monthly until canceled. The checkout page presents the recurring price and requires affirmative acceptance before Stripe opens. Cancel future renewal through Attorney Billing and the Stripe-hosted billing portal. Access ordinarily continues through the current paid period while all other eligibility requirements remain current.
What is free and what is paid
- Creating an attorney account, applying, credential review, recording state-and-category alert preferences, and account notifications are free.
- Optional email alerts about new Links are free and can be turned off independently.
- A current paid subscription permits access to qualifying anonymous Link groups only in states where the attorney's license to practice is currently verified by RecourseLink. Payment does not add a state. Selected alert categories do not further restrict access within those verified licensed states.
- Payment alone grants nothing when license verification, terms, AAL2, privacy threshold, consent, or runtime safety controls are not current.
Flat software and database-access fee
- The charge is flat and time-based. It is not calculated per Link, lead, consumer, contact, response, engagement, recovery, settlement, legal fee, or result.
- Payment does not buy ranking, placement, recommendation, endorsement, exclusivity, or preferential notification.
- RecourseLink does not select an attorney for a consumer or promise that any consumer will contact, retain, or respond to an attorney.
Information boundaries
Link group evaluation is deliberately anonymous and bounded. It does not provide consumer names, contact information, business identity, exact participant counts, stories, private facts, reports, files, documents, evidence, or permission to contact anyone. Link stages describe eligible activity inside RecourseLink; they are not findings of legal merit, class certification, affected population, damages, or likely outcome.
Billing lifecycle and cancellation
- Signed Stripe webhook events control activation, renewal, payment-failure holds, and cancellation. The browser return page is not proof of payment.
- Past-due, unpaid, paused, canceled, expired, disputed, or refunded access may be suspended or removed as applicable.
- Cancellation scheduled for period end stops future renewal; access may continue through the already-paid period if every other gate remains current.
- Invoices and payment methods are managed through the authenticated Stripe-hosted billing portal.
No professional-outcome promise
No subscription guarantees Link volume, a client, a case, attorney acceptance, contact, engagement, fee, recovery, settlement, filing, certification, or result. Attorneys remain responsible for professional duties, conflicts, advertising and solicitation rules, competence, confidentiality, and jurisdictional requirements.
