The Claim Readiness Snapshot is a one-time $14.99 flat-fee informational research and issue-spotting product. It organizes the exact intake version you confirm and, only after separate checkout authorization, compares its non-sensitive fields with bounded records retrieved from RecourseLink's maintained CourtListener RECAP metadata index. It does not promise legal rights, deadlines, recovery, attorney acceptance, or any case outcome.
RecourseLink will not substitute a generic category report for the current product. Your authorization permits the confirmed business/entity name to queue an authenticated CourtListener refresh of a shared public-record metadata index. Public docket metadata can be retained, refreshed separately from your purchase, and reused for other exact-entity searches. The paid worker retrieves at most six candidates from that internal index—OpenAI does not fetch CourtListener—and sends only those candidates with the authorized intake fields to OpenAI using a request with provider storage disabled. It does not send uploaded documents, contact details, account or claim numbers, medical details, privileged communications, payment data, or full court filings in this comparison.
The snapshot is not legal advice, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and is not a substitute for a licensed attorney reviewing your specific facts and deadlines.
The snapshot does not provide win probability, settlement valuation, damages calculation, deadline calculation, legal-rights determination, attorney acceptance prediction, public bad-business score, or instruction to sue. It does not file anything, contact a court, contact a company, contact an attorney, or publish a user's private facts.
AI-assisted work is bounded by structured output, source allowlists, local validation, and legal-conclusion blocks. Even with links, AI output can be incomplete, stale, or wrong. CourtListener RECAP is a third-party, federal-only repository and may be incomplete. A search result does not prove allegations, a holding, liability, claim validity, class membership, or current law. Verify important dockets in PACER, with the relevant court, or through a qualified attorney.
The 2,000-row minimized CourtListener evaluation corpus is not used to match a buyer. It contains generic opinion-cluster identifiers rather than party names, case facts, dockets, or document text. Current product comparisons use a separately maintained shared docket-metadata index populated by bounded, authenticated exact-company RECAP synchronizations.
The snapshot is a one-time flat fee and does not start a recurring subscription. Stripe processes payment card details; RecourseLink should not receive card numbers. Do not put private facts, evidence files, medical details, financial account numbers, passwords, or payment-card data into support messages.
By purchasing electronically, you consent to receive the snapshot, receipt, support communications, and related records electronically. Refund requests are handled under the published refund policy.
Refunds are handled under the refund policy. A refund request should include account email and receipt reference only. Do not email claim narratives, evidence files, card numbers, bank details, passwords, medical details, or financial account numbers to support.
