RecourseLink's Case Wire lists filed court cases — official public records — with verified deep links to the primary documents. Everything on this page is free and public. There is no application, no tiering, and no account: what you see is what everyone gets.
Each listing is an account of a filed court case: docket facts (parties, court, case number, claims asserted, relief sought), a stable deep link to the complaint on the public docket, a status line with an "as of" date, and an attributed allegation summary. Listings are docket-verified and human-reviewed before publication. A complaint contains allegations, not findings — nothing listed here has been proven in court.
Every listing exists because the person who filed the case (or their attorney, representing documented client consent) chose to opt in — case by case, never blanket. Consumer issue reports and private evidence on RecourseLink stay private and are a different system entirely; nothing a user reports privately ever appears here. Listed parties can request delisting at any time, free, and we honor sealing and expungement proactively.
Cite the court record, not us: every listing links the primary document, and the docket is the source of truth. If you reference our listing itself, attribute it as "a listing on RecourseLink, published with the plaintiff's consent" and check the "as of" date — case status changes, and our listings state when they were last refreshed.
